Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

⚠️ During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed.

📍 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Time costs are up to consumer. 

🌍 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

🛑 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (unless otherwise stated)

  • Certain countries due to legal or logistical limitations

🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
